Rina founded Yoganastics five years ago. She is a qualified therapist in Gentle Flow, Vinyasa, Aqua Yoga and Restorative Yoga. Her ethos is that Yoga is for everyone and can benefit an individual beyond their imagination. She has taught in a variety of settings and studios, including Mencap and as a Yoga Therapist at a variety of gyms.
Rina’s passion for Yoga is infectious, and she has helped rehabilitate and mobilise many of her clientele. She has worked with marginalised groups and children, she is firm believer that Yoga is for everyone. Rina focuses on tailoring her practice to individual and groups needs, by keeping her class numbers low and working on important factors such as technique, alignment and breath.
Yoganastics provides a safe and holistic environment to practice Yoga. Rina’s vision has been shaped and implemented through Yoganastics, through her desire to share her extensive knowledge and to help people understand their bodies better.
Rina loves to teach Vinyasa flow Yoga. Her technique focuses on articulating poses and perfecting the breathing technique, whilst keeping the movements flowing, almost like dance movements. Rina likes to keep her practice vibrant by flowing from one Asana to the next, with different poses each time. There is always an element of mystery!
Rina’s desire is to pass on her love for Yoga, and to create understanding and awareness of the wonderful benefits that go hand and hand with practicing Yoga.
