I teach yoga on a one to one basis and private classes at my purpose build yoga studio based in Watford. For more information, please see list of times of sessions I teach at studios that can be booked directly through studio.
For one to one and private classes please contact me directly.
My classes introduce children to Yoga in a fun and accessible way that is appropriate for their age. It often includes poses, such as animal poses, stretching exercises and games to promote strength, flexibility and mindfulness.
Children’s Yoga is an ideal activity to help with balance, breath awareness, confidence and co-ordination. At the end of the class there will also be time for relaxation.
I also provide an educational element to the class explaining the benefits and why it is good for them as part of a healthy lifestyle.
I offer private yoga classes for groups, including those with special needs and for one to one sessions, prices start from £40.
The private session will enable you get deeper in to the posture and you will receive intensive attention to ensure correct adjustments of the poses. I can work with you to have a focused and tailored programme, which is bespoke to your personal needs. I will design the class with poses to stretch and strengthen specific areas of your body that needs it, and breathing and meditation techniques that will help tackle any specific challenges of your lifestyle.
Home classes will be available soon in my home studio – watch this space for more information.
