What To Expect:

Vinyasa Flow: Energise & Strengthen
We begin with a dynamic Vinyasa Flow, guiding you through a rhythmic and intentional sequence of postures. This active practice challenges you to move with breath, building strength, stamina and flexibility while increasing circulation and energy flow. Expect repetition, fluidity and an invigorating rhythm to awaken your body.

Pause & Refuel
Midway through the workshop, take a well-deserved break to enjoy healthy, nutritious sweet treats while connecting with like-minded individuals. A moment to rest, refuel and reset before we move into stillness.

Yin Yoga: Release & Restore
We then transition into a slow, meditative Yin practice—designed to target the body’s deeper connective tissues, focusing on stretching the pelvis, hips and spine. While gentle in nature, Yin Yoga challenges both the body and mind as postures are held for 3-5 minutes, encouraging deep release and enhanced flexibility. This final portion of the workshop invites you to surrender, unwind, and leave feeling completely rejuvenated.
